This Privacy Policy applies to the OneFocus mobile application (“App”, “Application”, or “Platform”), operated by one focus (“Company”, “Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By installing, accessing, or using OneFocus, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Safety Standards. This document is published to comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies, Google Play Child Safety Standards, Google Play User Data Policy, and applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related cyber laws.

1. Definitions

User — any individual who installs, accesses, or uses the application
Content — any text, image, video, post, comment, or profile information uploaded by a user
Personal Data — information that identifies or can identify a user
Minor — any person under 18 years of age

User Generated Content

Posts, images, videos, and comments uploaded by users

We collect only the information required to operate the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve user experience.

8. Child Safety & Protection Policy (Zero-Tolerance CSAE Policy)

OneFocus strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and is committed to protecting minors and students.

Prohibited Activities

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Sexual exploitation of minors
Grooming behavior
Sexualized communication involving minors
Sharing, requesting, or distributing inappropriate images of minors

User Responsibility

Users must not upload, share, request, promote, or distribute any exploitative or harmful material involving minors.

Enforcement Actions

Immediate removal of violating content
Permanent account suspension
IP and device restriction
Reporting to relevant law enforcement and cybercrime authorities

Reports are reviewed with priority. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities as required by law.

9. Children’s Privacy

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to create accounts. If an underage account is discovered, it will be removed immediately along with associated personal data.
